PU输送带

 

输送带聚氨酯涂层

热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)是指大分子二醇(聚酯或聚醚)、二异氰酸酯(MDI、HDI、PPDI)和小分子扩链剂(二醇或二胺)加成聚合而成的嵌段共聚物。TPU大分子主链中长链多元醇(聚醚或聚酯) 构成软段,主要控制其低温性能、耐溶剂性和耐候性,而扩链剂和多异氰酸酯构成硬段决定弹性体的硬度、耐热性以及力学性能等。采用不同品种和结构的原料多元醇、二异氰酸酯和扩链剂可合成出品种多样、性能各异、用途广泛的TPU,加之硬、软段的配比可以在很大范围内调整, 还可借助于不同的助剂和不同的共混改性途径而赋予其更加宽广的性能。

TPU 硬段的内聚力强度和结构的多样化,决定着其具有下列性能:

   耐低温性、耐候性、耐臭氧性能突出

 PU输送带的加工工艺

 挤出压延工艺

 刮涂压延工艺

   
 TPU原料状态为透明颗粒状,经干燥初始后按照固定配方工艺喂入挤出机进行挤出薄膜,薄膜与涂胶基布压延贴合,后续可进行多层复合压延、压花工艺,生产出所需输送带。  TPU原料状态为染色粉末状,经干燥除湿后通过刮刀均匀涂覆与涂胶基布上,红外加热熔融,多辊压延复合成型,后续进行多层复合压延、压花工艺,生产出所需输送带。
工艺流程简单,生产效率高;原材料强度减小幅度低,输送带强度高于刮涂工艺;TPU胶层不易产生气泡,结构密实,厚度均匀性高 原材料需多次加工,包括调色、磨粉等工艺,原材料强度衰减较大,胶层容易产生气泡,厚度控制难度较高均匀性差。
